| Extreme rainstorms bring great challenges to cities,and as a typical community type,it is important to establish a resilience formation mechanism model to measure the disaster resilience of urban villages.According to the idea of "analyzing the current situation,investigating the general situation of urban village S,extracting the influencing factors of resilience,establishing the formation mechanism model of disaster resilience,and measuring the disaster resilience",we combine the disaster prevention and control of heavy rainfall and flooding with the resilience of urban villages,with the aim of measuring the disaster resilience of urban villages in order to improve the disaster resilience of urban villages under the scenario of heavy rainfall and flooding.(1)To extract the factors influencing the disaster resilience of urban villages under heavy rainfall and flooding scenarios.The common factors affecting the resilience of urban villages under flooding were screened,and the influencing factors that fit the characteristics of urban villages were extracted through research interviews and Nvivo,and the PSR model was used to classify the categories of influencing factors.(2)To establish a model of the formation mechanism of disaster-adapted resilience in urban villages under heavy rainfall and flooding scenarios.The sample data obtained from the research were analyzed according to the reliability and validity methods,and the SEM formation mechanism model was established to verify the hypothesis and obtain the significant causal relationship among the influencing factors.(3)Measure the disaster resilience of S urban villages under heavy rainfall and flooding scenarios.A Bayesian network is constructed to measure the disaster resilience of S urban village under heavy rainfall flooding scenario,and the triangular fuzzy synthesis method is used to calculate the root node probability,and the conditional probabilities of leaf nodes and sub-nodes are calculated based on the Leaky Noisy-OR model,and the forward causal inference is performed based on Netica to measure the disaster resilience value,and the most approximate causal chain is found based on the reverse diagnosis.The influence of the influence factor nodes on disaster-adapted resilience is calculated by three importance degrees of probability,criticality and structure.Combining the flooding disaster and the resilience of the urban village system,we measure the disaster resilience of S urban villages under the scenario of heavy rainfall and flooding,and provide reference and reference for improving the ability of urban villages to cope with disaster risks,enhancing the disaster resilience and disaster recovery capacity of urban villages in the face of disasters,and optimizing the urban management system for heavy rainfall and flooding disasters. |
