| In the process of ship block lifting,operation guidance,as the main source of construction information,has an important influence on lifting efficiency and construction safety.At present,the lifting operation guidance method based on two-dimensional drawings has the disadvantages of poor intuition and lack of feasibility verification,and it has been unable to meet the development needs of ship assembly construction to intelligent transformation.In order to solve this problem,this article takes the promotion of the full three-dimensional digital design of intelligent shipbuilding as the background and carries out a three-dimensional visualization operation guidance study for ship block lifting.This research has important practical significance for improving the efficiency of block lifting and ensuring the safety of lifting.The research work of this paper mainly involves the following aspects:(1)Research on the application framework of three-dimensional operation guidance for ship block lifting technology.By investigating the existing block lifting operation methods,the functional requirements of the lifting operation guidance were analyzed,and the key data information of the block lifting operation was summarized,combined with the characteristics of 3D visualization technology,and a relatively complete block lifting 3D operation guidance system was established,and gave a systematic work instruction process.(2)Research on the key technology of ship block lifting operation simulation.The key data extraction of the block Tribon model based on the COM-OBJECT method and the lightweight reconstruction technology of the block model based on the VRML language are studied.According to the static theory,the force of the sling during the block lifting process is analyzed and realized Real-time display of the force of the hook;the use of the hierarchical bounding box algorithm in the spatial domain to solve the collision detection problem in the process of block lifting.(3)The realization of the software program for the guidance of ship block lifting operations.Using Unity3D’s Phys X physics engine and Microsoft Visual C# programming language,the development of the 3D operation guidance software for ship block lifting was completed,and the application demonstration of the 3D lifting operation guide took a ship deck block as an example.Compared with two-dimensional operation guidance,the software can express the lifting plan more clearly and intuitively and realistically simulate the lifting operation process,thereby improving the effect of operation guidance and the experience of construction personnel. |
