Research On The Protection And Regeneration Design Of Industrial Sites From The Perspective Of"City Museum"

The current post-industrial society is an era of continuous integration and expansion of urban architecture and urban culture.With the evolution of urban structure,spatial planning,and architectural features,the old urban characteristics have quietly changed,making industrial sites need a more macro-level approach.from the perspective of self-sustainability.Based on the development status of post-industrial cities and today’s industrial heritage space scattered in the city in a fragmented and patchy state,there is a lack of museum-like communication between them.The article proposes a kind of urban concept-"City Museum" as a response to the protection and regeneration of inter-city,regional and large-scale industrial sites,it is actually a museum-like comprehensive display of industrial cultural resources.As an important part of the city’s historical area and cultural heritage,industrial sites are of great value and significance to the construction of a museum city.Connect representative industrial cities through industrial sites,regard industrial site groups and industrial style areas as a system system with museum attributes,try to build a three-dimensional space that can be read and edited,and move towards a kind of industrial site "City Museum".Museums’ Reinterpretation of Conservation Regeneration.At the same time,the protection,regeneration and development of industrial sites from the perspective of "City Museum" can also reflect the role of industrial sites in shaping "City Museum".The protection and regeneration of industrial sites from the perspective of "City Museum" emphasizes the large-scale and integrated collection,preservation,activation and exchange of industrial material materials and industrial spiritual civilization.The fragmented industrial sites scattered in the city are used as the centralized place of the museum city,the points are formed into lines and the lines are formed into planes,and the industrial relics area is regarded as a living museum without walls.The article provides a theoretical analysis of the correlation between "museum","City Museum" and "industrial site".Through the analysis of typical domestic and foreign industrial sites protection,reuse and reconstruction cases with the characteristics of large urban museums,the city "museum mode" from a macro perspective,the industrial cultural landscape area and museum group from a meso perspective,and a micro perspective are analyzed.The four aspects of "anchor point" of industrial relics buildings and "parks" of industrial landscapes under the concretization summarize the characteristics and manifestations of the concept of "City Museum" at different levels in the process of protection and regeneration of industrial relics.Then,the design principles and strategies in the process of protection and reuse of industrial sites are deduced,including the principle of museum protection,the principle of spatial continuity,the principle of overall urbanization renewal and the principle of environmental protection sustainability.From the development level of the city’s "multi-center anchor point",the protection and regeneration level of regional industrial cultural features,and the activation level of industrial building landscape,the protection and regeneration strategy of the industrial site "City Museum" is constructed.The protection and regeneration of industrial sites has the characteristics of urbanization and museumization today.Under the deduction of the above-mentioned theories and environments,the protection,reconstruction and regeneration value of industrial heritage sites will be brought into play from the perspective of "City Museum".Giving play to the value of industrial heritage in participating in society;giving play to the reflection value of industrial heritage on ecological protection;giving full play to the value of industrial heritage in the construction of cultural heritage and museum city.Therefore,the article believes that the "City Museum" is of great significance to the concept,orientation and strategy of the protection and development of industrial sites,and provides a useful reference for the protection and regeneration of contemporary industrial sites.
