| With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,a series of "urban diseases" caused by the mismatch between population and resources continue to breed,especially traffic congestion is the most serious problem.Traffic congestion in urban core sections such as schools,hospitals,stations,and supermarkets has seriously slowed down the service efficiency of urban space,thereby hindering the improvement of urban quality.In China,large-scale general hospitals,especially national regional medical centers,have a heavy responsibility.They not only radiate the overall planning of serious diseases in the surrounding provinces,but also shoulder the basic medical and health services for citizens.Therefore,large-scale general hospitals in various provinces and their surrounding public facilities have jointly constructed a racing track to defend life,which bears huge pressure on patient diagnosis and treatment and traffic operation.How to relieve the pressure of public transportation on regional road sections,help the green passage in the hospital area,and promote the ecological optimization of public road rights has great practical significance for the development of modern cities.Therefore,on the basis of long-term field investigation and data analysis,this paper focuses on the public crossing facilities as the research object,and takes the redesign of the Baoansi flyover in the Shengjing Hospital section of Shenyang City,Liaoning Province as an example,and considers the involvement of public crossing facilities in the urban congested road section.Design research,and put forward my own opinions on how to build efficient and humane crossing facilities.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part takes the Baoansi flyover in the Shengjing Hospital section as an example,and analyzes the traffic threshold and user behavior of pedestrians crossing the street,and clarifies the research background,research purpose,research content and method;the second part analyzes The reasons for the congestion of local road sections in the city are analyzed,and the intervention elements of the crossing facilities under the guidance of the theories of "two-tier city","location theory" and "usability design" are analyzed: hierarchical diversion mode,regional accessibility performance,ancillary facilities optimization and barrier-free design research.To sum up,the issue of "threedimensional cross-street facilities" is proposed for the congestion relief of core road sections.The third part sorts out the international and domestic design examples of the three-dimensional street crossing facilities involved in the urban congested road section-around the hospital,and summarizes the planning principles and design strategies of the three-dimensional street crossing facilities around the hospital;the fourth part starts from the protection of the right of way according to local conditions.Construct the three-dimensional form of the nodes of the crossing facilities,and propose a specific design solution for the congested section of Wenhua Road,Shengjing Hospital,Baoansi overpass in Shenyang City;the fifth part integrates the design points of the above four parts,and summarizes the experience and experience of the intervention of the crossing facilities in the congested section of the hospital.Insufficient,and consider the design feasibility of extending "three-dimensional street facilities" to high-density and congested public spaces such as schools,stations,and supermarkets. |
