Study On Safety Properties Of New Energy-saving Fireproof Insulation Board System

With the development of economy, people pay attention to the issue of environmental protection and energy conservation increasingly, and published a lot of energy-saving standards about architecture. Thus, different kinds of insulation systems and products are created. However,these new technologies meet some troubles, such as the insulation panels falling off,cracking and so on. To guarantee the security of new energy-saving insulation wall, the deep study should be done.Based on the engineering applications of composite insulation wall board, the author has done systematic tests about the force and deformation characteristics of the energy-saving composite board with the function of decorate and heat preservation. The study mainly included a variety of strength and out-plane bearing capacity of the material, the tensile and shear strength of bolt mount point, tensile strength of masonry wall under the bolt action and so on. The results showed that the composite insulation board can meet all the safety requirements under the condition of ensuring the construction quality and operation technical regulations. Meanwhile, the author also studied the damage process and diseases(such as crack) development of the aerated concrete block infill wall under the loads. the test can obtain the cracking loads, ultimate loads and failure loads of six walls. It is indicated that the ratio of wall height and thickness(H/B) is one of the decisive factors in the out-plane bearing capacity. According to the above experimental data, the safety of insulation board system is analyzed and a computational method used in the project is given.Finally, in order to simulate the stress and deformation state of the wall under load, some factors such as out-plane bearing capacity, stress and strain distribution, fracture morphology, the impact of displacement are taken into conclusion to analyze the overall performance of the wall by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Compared with the test results, we can draw a conclusion that the good tight constraints connect is helpful to improve the out-plane bearing capacity of the wall;and if the height-thickness ratio decreases and the tie bar spacing reinforcement reduces, walls’ out-plane bearing capacity will increase. What’s more, the ratio of height and thickness is of the most significance factor.According to the differences between the tests and practical projects, research status, some suggestion and prospect are given as reference to make further study.
