High-rise shear wall structure system will become the mainstream of the future development of the building,put the shear wall structure and building energy-saving together to become a integrational technology,the technology can effectively avoid the quality and safety issues of the external insulation system falling down.At present,there is no effective energy-saving technology in hot summer and cold winter area.Based on the results of building energy saving and structural integration at home and abroad,this paper puts forward a new type of insulation system with shear wall insulation in combination with the local climate characteristics of Hunan area.Based on the concept of building energy saving and structural integration,this paper designs a new type of undismantled insulation-template with EPS board as the insulation material for the hot summer and cold winter area.Through the thermal calculation of the thickness to determine the range of insulation materials,combined with the economic analysis of the best economic thickness of the appropriate range,finally determined the thickness of the insulation material,and carried out the inspection of the standard;Through the thermal analysis of the influence of the arrangement density and diameter of the connection,determined the structural dimensions of the connection.Intensively study at the feasibility of a new type of undismantled insulation-template,around the new undismantled insulation-template of the basic mechanical properties.The flexural properties,tensile bond properties,impact resistance and surface density of the insulation board were tested,and the experimental data were compared with the calculated values.Through the bending test,found that slotting can greatly improve the performance of new undismantled insulation-template.The oblique crossed rectangular slot is most effective in improving the performance of the insulation template in different slot shapes.Through the test of the surface density and the impact resistance test of the insulation board,it proves the good applicability of the insulation board in the project,and can guarantee the integrity of the material in all kinds of complex engineering conditions.The finite element analysis of the new undismantled insulation-template was carried out by using midas GEN software.Through the analysis of the composition of the material and the results of the previous test,the failure criterion is put forward.When the bottom mortar layer reaches the maximum bonding strength of the mortar,it is considered that the insulation board has been destroyed.Based on this criterion,the finite element analysis was carried out under the principle of sufficient reduction test.And the results of the analysis and the test data were compared,the error within 10%,further verify the reliability of the test data.
