| With the sustainable development of the city and economy,the number of existing commercial buildings in China has maintained a certain speed of continuous growth.With the proposal of the national dual carbon policy,the problem of high energy consumption per unit area of shopping mall buildings has been paid attention to.The existing commercial buildings with high energy consumption urgently need to revive through energy saving transformation Therefore,centering on the theme of energysaving transformation of existing commercial buildings in Hefei area,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of energy-saving transformation of shopping malls,and uses BESC software to verify the effectiveness of the strategy,hoping to promote the development of energy-saving transformation of existing shopping malls through the study of this paper.The main research content of this paper is as follows:1.Taking the existing commercial buildings in Hefei city as the research object,this paper proposes the energy-saving reconstruction measures to adapt to the region2.At present most of the existing commercial building palisade structure of the thermal performance can’t meet the standards stipulated by the state Modification measures in the light of the outer wall and roof construction,research,and then use the BECS software to verify the proposed strategy is reasonable In this paper,we study different insulation materials of different thickness of the influence of external wall and roof thermal coefficient.3.For the problem that the interior space of the building can not carry out natural ventilation and excessive solar radiation heat into the building caused by too closed facade or too large curtain wall area,which reduces the indoor comfort,this paper calculates the best window-wall ratio and the best proportion of curtain wall area to wall area based on BECS software.4.To solve the problem of adding atrium space in shopping malls,this paper studies the influence of atrium location and different atrium combination forms on building energy consumption,and obtains the best atrium setting mode.5.Select typical commercial buildings in Hefei,such as Red Star Macalline hypermarket 、 Hefei Baida department stores Heart City shopping Center,conduct software simulation on them,and analyze the results of energy saving transformation and analyze the energy saving efficiency of the simulated buildings after using energy saving strategiesThis paper embarks from the energy consumption status of the existing shopping mall buildings,on the basis of building research and building measurement,carries on the research on the energy saving transformation of the existing commercial buildings from the perspective of architectural design,through the excellent case analysis and the summary of advanced theories at home and abroad,puts forward practical and reliable economic energy saving transformation strategy It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide theoretical basis and reference value for the energy conservation renovation of commercial buildings in Hefei.Figure [78] Table [31] Reference[82]... |
