Research On Energy Saving Renovation Technology Group Of Existing Business Buildings In Shaanxi

Building energy consumption has become a big energy consumption in China with the increase of the total amount of construction.Therefore,the building energy efficiency has aroused widespread concern in china.At present,China’s existing building energy conservation work has been carried out throughout the country,and gradually showing a large scale,regionalization,classification of the trend.But more concentrated in the existing residential buildings,the research work on the establishment of energy-saving reconstruction technology group of existing public buildings is less.Shaanxi province across the two major building climate zone,both the construction of energy-saving transformation due to climate differences,economic development,policy support and other reasons have its particularity and complexity.As the representative of the existing public buildings in different climate zones in Shaanxi Province,the construction of the shopping mall is large in quantity and high in energy consumption.Choosing the existing shopping malls to carry out energy-saving transformation,the study of the existing public buildings in Shaanxi province energy saving classification,strategy,which has an exemplary role in the development of energy-saving to promote the development of existing buildings in Shaanxi province.In this paper,the existing shopping malls in three districts of Shaanxi are taken as the research object,there are Yulin city in cold A area,Xi’an in cold B area and Hanzhong in hot summer and cold winter zone.Analysising the mall building of the three typical building climate zones and having the field investigation,field test,then having a better understanding of mall building in Shaanxi province about energy consumption and indoor thermal comfort conditions,identify problems,making plan.According to the content of the reform,the DeST software is used to simulate the energy consumption status of all parts of the world,and the energy consumption status and the effect of three general models are simulated and analyzed,Establishing the energy saving renovation technology of existing shopping malls in different climate zones of Shaanxi.It mainly includes the improvement of thermal performance of exterior insulation structure,the transformation of renewable energytechnology,the energy saving transformation of heating and air conditioning equipment,and the transformation of energy saving technology in building environment control system,it can provide some reference value for the energy saving reform of the existing public buildings in Shaanxi province.
