Due to the way of the traditional construction bring the outstanding problems such as environmental pollution and resource waste,construction industrialization must become the development direction of construction industry in our country.Construction industrialization using modern machinery and equipment products,transports and assembles precast specimens,that can guarantee the quality of precast specimens.However,the study of precast shear wall node in our country starts late,such as the less steel bar connection,the high cost of connection form and the more tedious to construction.Therefore,from the principle of safety,economy and operability,based on the existing research,the analysis of seismic performance was conducted on the different connection mode of precast shear wall via experiment research and finite element simulation.The main research contents are listed in the following:(1)1 piece of cast-in-place shear wall and 3 piece of precast shear walls were tested subjected to low reversed cyclic loading test.The failure mode,hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,bearing capacity,stiffness,ductility and energy dissipating ability were compared and the differences of seismic performance of different connection modes about precast shear wall were analyzed.The research results show that the seismic behavior of precast shear wall with grouting sleeve connection is lower than the cast-in-place shear wall,the seismic behavior of precast shear wall with galvanized corrugated pipe grouting anchor lap connection and U ferrule lap connection is in agreement with the cast-in-place shear wall and can be used in precast building.(2)The finite element model of cast-in-place shear wall and piece of precast shear wall were established through the finite element software ABAQUS.In this software,the interaction of different materials were considered,the failure rmode,skeleton curves and material stress distribution were analyzed.The accuracy of the finite element model was verified by comparing the results of finite element simulation and the results of test results.It is very helpful for the further study on the seismic behavior of the similar precast shear wall.(3)The parameter impact analysis of the axial compression ratio of n and interfacial friction coefficient of μ was completed in the view of precast shear wall with galvanized corrugated pipe grouting anchor lap connection. |
