Study On The Quality Of Grouting Grouting Connection Of Precast Member Reinforcement Sleeve Grouting

In recent years,China has made great efforts to promote prefabricated concrete structure,with modularization of beams,columns and walls,and connection between modules through grouting sleeve grouting joints.The grouting quality of grouting sleeve joints determines the overall quality,safety and durability of the building.At present,there is no effective study on grouting quality test of grouting sleeve joint at home and abroad.Three detection schemes were designed to solve the problem of insufficient grout: 1).Portable X-ray technology detection scheme;2).Resistance method detection scheme;3).Probe method detection scheme.The principle of "portable and portable X-ray technology detection scheme" is that when X-ray penetrates different objects or different penetration paths,the ray will attenuate to different degrees.Therefore,images of different blackness will be presented on the imaging plate,so as to determine whether there is grouting defect in the grout socket joint."Resistance test method" is the main principle in advance within the sleeve into two electrodes disconnect with each other,using the grouting material have the characteristics of resistance,in view of the sleeve grouting under and sleeve,grouting is not full of the three conditions,corresponding resistance value in 7 days after the three operating conditions have obvious difference,grouting under the resistance value will reach 500 M Ω,grouting full resistance Ω only0.1 M ~ 1.0 M Ω,sleeve caused by slurry grouting after grouting full not full resistance often has reached more than 100 M Ω."Probe method detection scheme" is the main principle of embedded in advance within the sleeve pipe,and sat on a side closed with thin tape,prevent caused by pressure grouting grouting material in the process of grouting pipeline,constantly improve the hydration degree and grouting materials by the liquid state to solid state,and gradually has the strength and hardness.During the inspection,a special steel strand is inserted through the embedded pipe.If the inserted length of the steel strand is greater than that of the embedded pipe,the grouting is not full.Figure42;Table21;Reference 42...
