| The intelligent development of power grid puts forward higher requirements for the management of electric energy metering devices.As an important tool for trade settlement in the power sector,the problems of long inspection cycle,large quantity,wide distribution and low maintenance efficiency of electric energy metering devices lead to difficulties in fault prevention and treatment.In addition,some of the devices replaced on schedule can still be used normally,resulting in a serious waste of resources.Based on this,it is urgent to effectively evaluate the health state of electric energy metering devices and refine their state level.Therefore,this paper studies the health status evaluation of electric energy metering devices in order to evaluate and predict the potential or existing risks,so as to reasonably adjust the maintenance arrangement and improve the maintenance efficiency.Based on the reliable data acquisition platform,this paper formulates a set of health status evaluation scheme suitable for electric energy metering devices: Firstly,considering the operation characteristics of multiple influencing factors of electric energy metering device,combined with relevant regulations and literatures,a hierarchical evaluation index system is constructed.Secondly,in order to increase the consideration of uncertain factors in the process of solving the correlation degree,the cloud model theory and matter-element extension theory are cleverly combined,the classical domain and node domain are improved by using the hierarchical cloud and index cloud respectively,then the index cloud matter-element model is constructed,and the complex correlation function problem of the matter-element extension model is simplified according to the correlation degree between the index cloud and the hierarchical cloud.Then,in view of the subjective bias of point value scoring,triangular fuzzy numbers analytical hierarchy process(TFN-AHP)is used to subjectively weight the index.On this basis,the improved entropy weight method is used to obtain the objective weight,and the objective function is established to combine the subjective and objective weights.Finally,the preliminary evaluation results of the whole device are obtained based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Considering the sudden change of the impact of extreme conditions on the device and the defects of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the verification link of the evaluation results is added on the basis of constant weight,and dynamically adjust the weight of the index whose bad state is hidden through the variable weight function.Through the verification of an example,the evaluation scheme in this paper is more in line with the operation characteristics and management mode of electric energy metering device,and the evaluation result is accurate.At the same time,the scheme in this paper can grasp the device failure in time and provide auxiliary decision-making basis for staff to make maintenance plan.It is of great significance to realize the stable and reliable operation of electric energy metering device and the fair settlement between both sides of trade. |
