Abstract/Summary:
The armored vehicle electronic test system is an important part of the vehicle’s integrated electronic system and is a standard feature of modern advanced armored vehicles.At present,most of the active main battle tanks in the world widely use 8-bit / 16-bit single-chip microcomputer as the control core of the test system.And using CAN bus or Mil CAN bus and MIL-STD-1553 B bus based on data centralization,the vehicle equipment electronic,electrical,instruction,monitoring,computer system,information intelligence,monitoring,detection and other equipment or subsystems integrated.In recent years,with the improvement of combat requirements and the increase of equipment carried by armored vehicles,the demand for data processing and transmission speed is high.The data processing capacity and transmission bandwidth of the 8/16 bit microcontroller and the traditional bus can not meet the requirements.In this paper,we designed an improvement of the high-speed signal acquisition,processing and transmission system of armored vehicles based on Zynq-7000 SoC that can be used for comprehensive electronic testing of armored vehicles.Among them,the vehicle signal acquisition part is divided into analog signal acquisition,video signal acquisition,signal processing part is mainly for the real-time processing of video images,and to achieve gigabit Ethernet transmission of acquired signals.Compared with the previous armored vehicle signal acquisition system,the improvement of the design system studied in this paper mainly has the following points: the accuracy and speed of analog signal acquisition are improved,the Zynq series SoC selected by the core processor has greatly improved the processing performance compared with the 8/16-bit microprocessor used by the previous armored vehicle,and the integration of analog voltage acquisition and video signal acquisition into a system reduces the complexity of the internal wiring of the armored vehicle.The use of Ethernet as a data transmission bus greatly improves the signal transmission bandwidth and anti-interference ability of long-term signal transmission,and the hardware design and software design and testing of the system will be described in detail.
