| The ground data transmission system enables the status monitoring and data processing of dynamic parameters of the vehicle to be tested.However,with the significant improvement of vehicle performance and the diversification of stand-alone equipment,the ground data transmission system has higher and higher requirements in terms of integration,data interaction and data transmission speed.To meet these needs,a high speed data transmission system based on ZYNQ(Zynq-7000 All Programmable So C)is designed based on the development project of a ground integrated measurement and control console.The main work is as follows:First,the hardware of the system is designed.According to the system design index,the hardware circuit design is divided into power supply module,RS-422 telemetry combination communication module,Gigabit Ethernet picker communication module,upper computer Gigabit Ethernet communication module and SRIO(Serial Rapid IO)memory test bench communication module from the perspective of data interaction between this high-speed data transmission system and other standalone devices.The system uses Xilinx ZYNQ chip as the main controller and adopts the hardware structure of "core board + base board" to improve the system integration.Secondly,the logic design is carried out by using the characteristics of PS and PL soft and hard working together.the PL side has the concurrency of data transmission and flexibility of state transfer,and is responsible for the design of UART protocol,UDP protocol and SRIO protocol.In order to avoid the misjudgment of the received level due to electromagnetic interference during serial communication,the UART protocol is optimized by adding the logic for accurate sampling of the serial port;the request retransmission mechanism is designed to improve the data transmission reliability of the Gigabit Ethernet interface;the PS side is responsible for the allocation of command channels and the scheduling of DDR and BRAM storage space on the one hand,and the combination of DMA and ping-pong reading and writing is used to realize the data On the other hand,the Lwip protocol stack is used to implement the TCP protocol communication with the host computer.Finally,the test platform is built to verify the reliability of the whole system.Through a large number of data tests,the high-speed data transmission system can complete the command issuance and status monitoring of the picker and telemetry combination before the flight test,and display the status in the upper computer,and also send the local data to the memory integrated test bench for memory storage,and the whole communication process has no error code and no frame loss.And the system is connected with the picker and editor under15 km fiber optic cable,the data transmission rate of the upper computer Gigabit Ethernet interface can reach 669Mbps;with the memory test bench under 5km fiber optic cable,the transmission rate of SRIO interface can reach 444.4Mbps;and with the telemetry combination through 5km fiber optic cable,it can realize the baud rate of 115.2kbps data communication. |
