In today’s rapid development of the construction industry,the early batch of buildings are close to the design service life,at the same time,many buildings have maintenance,reinforcement,protection and other issues,so it is extremely important to find and study an excellent reinforcement method to deal with the existing building problems.Through the analysis of engineering examples,on the basis of the replacement concrete reinforcement method,this paper proposes a method of combining the partial replacement of concrete columns with the support of I-beam,the biggest feature of which is to retain the core concrete,remove the peripheral concrete and put it into the I-beam at the same time,and finally leave the I-beam in the column when pouring.Compared with the traditional bracket and column,the construction difficulty of this method is greatly reduced,and the preliminary preparation and post-testing work are reduced,and the financial and manpower consumed will be reduced.This paper first describes the actual engineering background,calculates the internal force of the problem frame column through PKPM software,obtains the most unfavorable load,and then surrounds the most unfavorable load,proposes different reinforcement schemes,and finally selects the project scheme-the concrete part of the frame column is replaced by the joint I-beam support reinforcement technology.Then,the construction technology points of the concrete column partial replacement combined I-beam support method are introduced,including the construction process,the measurement of the strain change of the components and some major construction technology points,as well as the verification of the support system.Compared with the traditional concrete replacement method(beam broken column),and with reference to the reinforcement method of similar projects,it points out the superiority of this method,and also provides an idea for future reinforcement,which can be applied to more similar projects.Finally,the JDJG module in the PKPM software was used to simulate the project,and the force change of the problem frame column before and after the replacement was obtained,and then the concrete compressive strength,compactness and quality of the new and old joint surfaces of the reinforced frame column were tested to know the new pouring The compressive strength of the concrete was fully designed;the compactness of the newly poured concrete was good,and there was no acoustic anomaly at 40 measurement points The sound velocity of the new and old concrete joints,the crossing joint surface and the non-crossing joint surface are similar,so the reinforcement project has achieved the expected reinforcement effect.Through the simulation and monitoring results,it shows the feasibility of the concrete column partial replacement combined I-beam support method,which has the value of promotion and has a certain reference for the actual project.
