In the practice of engineering, the most commonly used methods to reinforce the concrete structure such as increasing section reinforcement method, displacement with concrete reinforcement method, external sticking steel plate reinforcement method, stick with fiber composite material reinforcement method, plus an additional prestress reinforcement method and the reinforcement method of adding fulcrums. Displacement with concrete reinforcement method is usually used for concrete reinforcement of bearing elements which have lower compression zone strength and concrete element the local concrete seriously flawed reinforced concrete structures. To deal with the former problem, we can replace the joists with all columns to replace the whole element or retain the concrete core columns for partial replacement. The technology is very mature. But to the latter problem, the method of replacing the defective concrete in the total cross section is used to solve in engineering. But when it comes to large section sizes and large axial force components, there are some shortcomings like the construction of this method is difficult, the cost of reinforcing is high and technical feasibility is low. To solve this problem, the paper proposes concrete local staging of replacement method which is based on the traditional method replacing the joists with all columns in the total cross section. This paper focuses on the application study of concrete local staging of replacement method in engineering.Firstly, by comparison between different reinforcement schemes, and considering the actual situation of the project, the paper briefly depicts the background of the project and proposes research topic - concrete local staging of replacement method. Then the author calculates internal forces of engineering structures with PKPM structure calculating software, determines force status and bearing capacity of the replacement components and beams around, and ensures that the original structure and the support structure are safe during the replacement construction.Secondly, the paper focuses on the construction technology of concrete local staging of replacement method, including the construction process, settlement monitoring of structures in construction, stress measurement and control of structures and some key construction technical points. It has the certain directive significance to the replacement and reinforcement constructions of similar projects. The paper depicts the superiority of concrete local staging of replacement method by comparing with the method of replacing the joists with all columns in the total cross section.Finally, the paper briefly depicts some commonly used methods of detecting reinforced concrete structure .Then described construction quality detections of the replacement columns, and the Reinforcement effect on the replacement project is evaluated.
