Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,rural tourism has ushered in the opportunity of vigorous development.For rural tourism projects with core attraction,some villages lack scarce and advantageous tourism resources,and it is difficult to achieve sustainable and stable development with the existing resources.Transform the existing natural,cultural and ecological resources of the countryside into economic resources that can drive the development of rural tourism.The villagers are deeply aware that the ecological resources of "green mountains and green water are the silver mountain of gold" are the valuable wealth of the countryside,and the intangible cultural heritage of the countryside,such as folklore,is the valuable cultural mark of the countryside,so as to avoid excessive consumption and bring actual economic benefits to the villagers.Through research,it was found that public art,which often appears in combination with the city,has frequently appeared in the countryside in recent years.There is no universality in art;artists,artistic talents,and good public art works are all scarce items.Leaving aside the connotation of the artist’s conceptual expression,the appearance of public art in the countryside still has its own special meaning.This paper defines "public art" in this paper based on theories of civil society and the public sphere,popular culture theory,contemporary art theory,spatial design theory,and other relevant public art theories as: in the rural public space environment,through contemporary cutting-edge art concepts,art types,art methods,and other diversified public art means,and rural places In this paper,"public art" is defined as public art that is accepted by the general public in the rural public space environment through contemporary cutting-edge art concepts,art types,art methods,and other diverse public art means,and is connected to rural places,optimizing the environment and atmosphere of rural public space.Through the "Ewha Mural Village in Seoul,Korea","Rainbow Family Village in Taiwan,China","Beijing Shougang Cultural and Creative Industrial Park",and "Chengdu Mingyue International Through specific cases at home and abroad,we analyze successful cases of public art-oriented tourism planning and summarize the role of public art in transforming the nature of the original space into gold.It emphasizes the principles of publicness,participation and artistry in public art-oriented rural tourism planning.It is proposed that the public art-oriented rural tourism planning should be based on the thematic cultural industry model,university practice base residency model and community participation model to realize the urban-rural interaction strategy and school-local cooperation strategy.Taking Dongfeng Village in Zitong County as an example,the basic overview and tourism resources of Dongfeng Village in Zitong County are analyzed.The existing public art in Zitong County,including Wenchang New Year paintings,large celebrations of Wenchang outings,farmland art,and the Wenchang banquet dance performed outdoors in the school of Sichuan Institute of Culture and Arts,are integrated into the rural tourism planning of Dongfeng Village through the organic combination of public art in the rural public area.Through the layout of Dongfeng Village tourism planning,public art oriented Dongfeng Village tourism planning related design research,to create a new situation of rural tourism in Dongfeng Village,Zitong County,through the public art resources around Dongfeng Village,to enhance the tourism attractiveness of Dongfeng Village and drive the development of rural tourism.It will bring considerable tourism economic benefits to the villagers,improve the identification function of the public space image of Dongfeng Village,present the meaning of spatial existences in terms of spatial witness time continuity,realize the regionalization and human culture meaning of the public art space of Dongfeng Village,and play a good momentum of rural tourism development under the rural revitalization policy. |
