Transmission tower settlement monitoring is an important part of power equipment safety monitoring.At present,the settlement monitoring of transmission tower is mainly realized by single crystal silicon settlement sensor.The performance of the settlement sensor directly affects the effect of the settlement monitoring system,so the settlement sensor must be calibrated before application.However,the traditional calibration system has been unable to meet the accuracy requirements of single crystal silicon settlement sensor,and the existing system has low production efficiency and low automation.In view of the existing problems,a set of automatic calibration system for settlement sensor is studied and designed by using automation technology,communication technology,computer and database technology to realize batch automatic temperature calibration and test of settlement sensor.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research status of settlement sensor calibration system at home and abroad,studies the settlement monitoring principle of transmission tower,the structure and temperature characteristics of monocrystalline silicon settlement sensor,and analyzes and discusses the general design scheme and composition structure of the calibration system.Then,according to the technical indicators and requirements of the calibration system,this thesis formulates the hardware design scheme of the calibration system,and discusses the design ideas and working principles of the main hardware modules of the system —pressure control module,temperature control module and communication module.Combined with the hardware equipment of the system,the control and compensation methods of the calibration process are studied.According to the design requirements of the system for software,the structure and function of the upper computer software of the calibration system are designed,and the realization of the software function is described in detail.The data management and database design of calibration system are analyzed.Finally,the system performance and uncertainty are analyzed and evaluated,and the repeatability of the calibration system is verified to ensure that the performance of the calibration system meets the design and use requirements.The settlement sensor automatic calibration system designed in this thesis has the characteristics of simple operation,high quality data management and high degree of automation.It solves the batch automatic temperature calibration and test of settlement sensor,improves the calibration accuracy of single crystal silicon settlement sensor,greatly liberates productivity and improves production efficiency.
