Electrical measuring instrument is the industrial production of family life to the electrical power intuitive monitoring applied to the instrument,with the development and improvement of science,technology skills and components,materials,electrical measuring instrument is rapidly to a higher stage of development,applied in all walks of life.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of electrical measuring instrument,it needs more accurate measuring and testing equipment to calibrate it.The equipment used for the measurement and calibration of electric measuring instruments is the multi-function electric measuring instrument calibration source.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the multi-function electric measuring instrument calibration source first,so as to carry out accurate quantity value transmission.Therefore,it has become an important task to study the calibration method of the calibration source of the multi-function electric measuring instrument and to formulate the calibration specification of the calibration source of the multi-function electric measuring instrument.This paper adopts the method of combining sampling detection and theoretical analysis to study the technical requirements,calibration conditions,calibration items and calibration method calibration uncertainty assessment of the calibration source of multifunctional electric measuring instrument.The main work is as follows:1.The production status of multi-function calibration source of electric measuring instrument in China is investigated,and the status quo of multi-function calibration source at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed,and the technical parameters and sampling scheme of the multi-function calibration source of electric measuring instrument are determined.On this basis,the measurement characteristics of the calibration source of the multifunctional electric measuring instrument are determined.2.The selection of calibration environment,standard and supporting equipment of the calibration source of multi-function electric measuring instrument is studied,and the calibration conditions of the calibration source of multi-function electric measuring instrument are given.3.The technical performance test and theoretical analysis of the multi-function calibration source of electric measuring instrument are carried out,and the calibration items and calibration methods of the multi-function calibration source of electric measuring instrument are researched and given.4.The evaluation method of the uncertainty of the measurement results of the indication value error of the calibration source of the multi-function electric measuring instrument is studied,and the evaluation example of the calibration uncertainty of the calibration source of the multi-function electric measuring instrument is listed to ensure the reliability of the measurement results.Research the multi-function electric measuring instrument calibration source code,has passed the relevant experts organized by the China academy of testing technology of the specification of the examination and approval committee,and as a testing technology research institute of China since the enforcement of the calibration specification,the specification for the multi-function electric measuring instrument calibration source calibration work provides the technical basis.
