In order to test the performance of actuator system and complete the hardware in loop simulating of flying control system, the electric loading system is used to simulate dynamic air loads of actuator's surface when the aircraft is flying. conditions. Nowadays, the electro-hydraulic servo system is the common choice. Along with the improvement of electronic and electrical technology, and with the development of control technique for torque motor, the electrical loading is the developing trend of the load simulator, which is the focal research in this dissertation. The electric load system for actuator uses permanent magnet motor as driving unit actuator and the pulse width modulation (PWM) control technique is used to drive the motor. The feedback signal from the torque sensor and displacement sensor is transmitted into the controller to control the motor. Due to the difference of loading actuator the control performance of the electrical load simulator differs from that of the electro-hydraulic load simulator, such as the stability of the electrical loads simulator, the cause of plus torque, the methods to improve the rapidity and tracing accuracy of the system, and so on.Considering the influence of the surplus torque on the precision of load system, the surplus torque's produce in load system is analyzed in details and a simple and effective method to restrain is put forward. According to the characteristics of load system, the PID algorism is proposed. The results of Simulation have proved that output can track input accurately. Finally, the data of the experiments are analyzed and the simulation is conducted. Based on the experimental results, many practical problems are summarized, which is helpful to the development of the electrical load simulator in the future.
