Because the diaphragm wall has multiple composite functions,such as load-bearing,waterproof and soil retaining,it can be widely used in various civil engineering projects.However,the water seepage problem of diaphragm wall has become more and more common,and the joints are more serious,which has attracted the general attention of a large number of scholars and front-line engineers.After long-term engineering practice,a set of mature anti-seepage measures has been summarized,but most of the disposal methods are single water blocking measures,there is no multi-channel waterproof structure,there are still large potential leakage hazards,and the high treatment cost and cumbersome disposal process often lead to the delay of construction period and the increase of cost.Therefore,a light and convenient combined anti-seepage treatment method is urgently needed.In view of the above situation,taking the prevention of leakage as the main idea,this paper studies the combined anti-seepage technology formed by diaphragm wall and CPS polymer waterproof coiled material through theoretical combing,indoor test and model test simulation.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through theoretical research,it is found that CPS polymer waterproof coiled material achieves the purpose of firm bonding between coiled material and base surface through the synergistic effect of physical tenon and chemical crosslinking.Compared with the traditional waterproof coiled material,the cost per square meter of CPS polymer waterproof coiled material is reduced by about 10.3%,and the construction period is shortened by about 10.5%.It has unique application value in the field of environmental protection and technology.(2)Through the experimental study of indoor concrete impermeability test pieces,the surface of the test pieces is not pasted with coiled materials,the surface of the test pieces is pasted with traditional coiled materials,the surface of the test pieces is coated with cement paste and then pasted with CPS polymer waterproof coiled materials,and the surface of the test pieces is coated with polyurethane base treatment agent and then pasted with CPS polymer waterproof coiled materials The surface of the test piece is coated with powder adhesive and pasted with CPS polymer waterproof coiled material,and the surface of the test piece is coated with high concentration coiled material glue and pasted with CPS polymer waterproof coiled material.The best anti-seepage effect is to brush high concentration coiled material glue on the surface of the test piece,and its combined anti-seepage grade reaches P10,which meets the design requirements.However,the anti-seepage grade of CPS polymer waterproof coiled material pasted on the surface of the test piece and no coiled material pasted on the surface of the test piece is only P5,which does not meet the design requirements.(3)Through the model test,it is found that the combined impervious core with CPS polymer waterproof coiled material applied outside after brushing the special glue for coiled material at the joint of the scale ground connecting wall has the strongest anti-seepage ability.The water seepage occurs after 15 days under the action of full head,and the water seepage per unit time is the smallest in the six working conditions.The anti-seepage capacity of the combined impervious core coated with CPS polymer waterproof coiled material after brushing powder adhesive is slightly lower than that of working condition 6 for brushing special glue for coiled material.The combined impervious core pasted with CPS polymer waterproof coiled material after brushing cement slurry has poor impervious capacity and can not be pasted basically.The actual effect is equivalent to working condition I without any coiled material.Therefore,it is recommended to paste the combined impervious core of CPS polymer coiled material with high concentration coiled material glue,which can give full play to the waterproof performance of CPS polymer coiled material to the greatest extent.(4)Through theoretical research,it is found that the traditional methods to solve the leakage of diaphragm wall and the main defects.Then,on this basis,the construction technology of combined anti-seepage technology with CPS polymer waterproof coiled material when the underground continuous wall is used as the outer wall and retaining structure is put forward,which provides a certain reference for the waterproof of underground engineering in the future.
