| With the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of automobile industry,and the intensification of the competition in automobile market,automobile OEMs are demanding higher and higher product quality and production response speed on component manufacturers.The traditional manual production line can not meet the needs of modern enterprise development for it has problems of low efficiency,uncontrollable quality and high labor cost.Automatic upgrading of manual production line is the only way for auto parts manufacturing enterprises to achieve high quality development.This paper takes the ball pin joint production line of CQK factory as the research object,analyzes the existing problems before the production line transformation,and studies the manufacturing process of ball pin joint.Combining with the theory of lean production and production line balance,this paper develops a product manufacturing process apply to the upgraded production lines.On this basis,the paper designs a upgraded automatic production line scheme,including ball pin automatic production line,joint automatic production line,heat treatment automatic production line and the layout of the production line.This paper analyzes the key-equipment selection,including the CNC lathe,robot,robot gripper etc.In addition,the automatic control system of production line is introduced,shows part of PLC control program and robot control program.This paper calculates important parameters,such as takt time and balance rate of the production line.Finally,the improvement effect of the production line is evaluated,which shows that the upgraded production line meets the needs of production capacity requirements,the failure obviously decreased,the operating environment and safety have been improved,and the expected target of transformation has been achieved. |
