Abstract/Summary:
EEG contains a lot of information about brain activity,through the detection and study of scalp EEG signals,it is possible to gain insight into the regularity of brain activity in normal and disease states.The high-frequency oscillation signal of the EEG is an EEG rhythm with a frequency greater than 80 Hz,which has important value in the diagnosis of clinical epilepsy diseases.The existing EEG equipment focuses on the acquisition of traditional EEG signals with a frequency below 70 Hz,and there are shortcomings in the measurement of high-frequency EEG oscillation signals,such as high cost,narrow bandwidth,insufficient portability,complex operation,and unsuitable for home monitoring.In this paper,the wearable measurement method of scalp EEG high-frequency oscillation signal is studied,the characteristics and detection methods of scalp EEG high-frequency oscillation signal are analyzed,the hardware acquisition system circuit and wireless transmission circuit are designed,and the wearable EEG high-frequency oscillation signal measurement system is formed,and the accuracy of the measurement signal is verified by experiments,which provides conditions for epilepsy patients to measure high-frequency EEG in home environment.Key research topics include:(1)This paper analyzed the characteristics of scalp EEG high-frequency oscillation signal,understanded the development status of EEG acquisition equipment,and proposed a wearable measurement scheme for scalp EEG high-frequency oscillation acquisition system;(2)This paper designed the hardware circuit of the acquisition system,selected each circuit component,selected the ADS1299 integrated chip as the analog front-end acquisition module,and selected the CC2652 RB wireless chip as a microprocessor,equipped with a peripheral function chip,to achieve the acquisition,processing and data analysis and processing of scalp EEG high-frequency oscillation signal;(3)This paper writes software control program to control the writing of control programs for each module,performance testing and analysis of scalp EEG high-frequency signal measurement system;In this paper,through the software and hardware system test,the scalp EEG high-frequency signal measurement experiment,the system can reach 16 k Hz sampling rate,transmission rate of 200 ksps.During EEG data acquisition and transmission,the data is sent to the host computer through Bluetooth,and the high-frequency oscillation signal of EEG is analyzed.The system developed in this paper offers the possibility of monitoring high-frequency oscillation signals at home in patients with epilepsy.
