ECG signals are generated by systolic and diastolic movements and carry a wealth of physiological information.The regularity of ECG signals can describe the physiological functions of the human body and is the main basis for doctors to diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the population has become higher and higher.It has the characteristics of concealment and suddenness.It has high morbidity and mortality and brings economic and psychological pressure to the families of patients.Therefore,ECG monitoring equipment came into being,and the real-time detection and analysis of ECG signals and the portable carrying capacity of ECG acquisition equipment have increased to a more important position.This dissertation takes human electrophysiological signal acquisition and analysis as the research object,and designs a set of real-time and high-precision portable ECG signal acquisition and analysis equipment.It can transmit cardiac activity ECG information to doctors and save them in time.The purpose of heart disease diagnosis and electrocardiographic signal analysis.This article first understands the mechanism and signal characteristics of ECG signals,and analyzes the characteristics and classification of ECG signals in sleep apnea patients.Then the RR interval data of 37 sleep apnea ECG signals in MIT-BIH database(Apnea-ECG database)were selected,and the ECG signal was processed by multiscale entropy algorithm.According to the definition of multi-scale entropy index and data analysis indicators,rapid discrimination between normal sleep groups,mild sleep apnea patients,and moderate and severe apnea patients.The portable ECG analysis device hardware is designed on the basis of wireless WiFi and QT PC real-time data transmission of the low-cost ECG acquisition and sleep respiratory monitoring framework.The system includes STM32F103RCT6 as the main control module circuit?24-bit high precision A/D conversion chip ADS1292 R analog front end ECG acquisition circuit ? MCU and ESP8266 WiFi module wireless data transmission module circuit and other auxiliary circuits.And PCB printed circuit board design,production,playing board and prototype debugging.Finally,the embedded software of the lower computer is designed to acquire the physiological signals through serial-synchronous(SPI)communication and transfer them to the main control MCU through digital-to-analog conversion.The main control chip and the ESP8266 WiFi module transmit the ECG signals and respiratory waves through serial communication.The collected ECG signal and respiratory wave are sent to the upper computer in real time.The data analysis software of the upper computer adopts the QT integrated software development environment to design,and the ECG signals collected by the lower computer transmitted by the received WiFi module are subjected to preprocessing to obtain an electrocardiogram display.And store ECG signal data for ECG feature extraction and classification,the results of monitoring or transmission to the next position for warning.The paper evaluates the reliability of the designed ECG monitoring system and derives the MTBF and reliability.In terms of continuous data acquisition and analysis,this design of portable acquisition and analysis equipment has the advantages of real-time and high precision.
