With the complexity of the aircraft system,the improvement of the performance of the aircraft cockpit warning system has brought great challenges to the fault diagnosis and test design.Through the analysis of historical data of airline routes,it can be seen that false alarms often occur during the use of A320 aircraft.Testability allocation technology is one of the key technologies to improve system testing and diagnosis.A good testability allocation method can improve the fault isolation and detection capabilities of the cockpit warning system,improve system reliability and safety,reduce the occurrence of false alarms,and reduce the occurrence of false alarms and maintenance costs,etc.At present,the existing hierarchical division method is not suitable for the cockpit warning system.In addition,the traditional test allocation method has shortcomings such as less consideration of objective factors and the need to manually adjust the allocation indicators,and cannot achieve the goal of minimizing maintenance costs under the condition of considering multiple influencing factors.Aiming at these problems,this thesis conducts a systematic research on the theory and method of test distribution of alarm system.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Determine the A320 aircraft electronic central monitoring system(ECAM)as the research object.By referring to the electronic central monitoring system logic data(ESLD),obtain the alarm severity,text color and alarm logic of the alarm information.According to the relevant standards such as the national military standard,combined with the characteristics of the cockpit warning system and the historical data of the route,the hierarchical division framework of the warning system is obtained.(2)Combine the cost function with the test allocation model,and establish a test allocation model based on the cost function.The analysis shows that the larger the comprehensive impact factor,the greater the impact on the cost.The characteristics of the alarm system are analyzed,the later maintenance cost is taken as the optimization objective,and the fault detection rate,fault isolation rate and false alarm rate are taken as constraints,and two test distribution mathematical models are established that meet the characteristics of the cockpit alarm system.(3)For the test allocation problem of the alarm system,the gray wolf optimization algorithm,the whale optimization algorithm and the whale optimization algorithm based on adaptive weight are used to solve the problem,and the validity of the algorithm is verified on the four basic functions.The results are compared with those obtained by traditional allocation methods.The results show that the proposed optimization algorithm has good convergence and more reasonable allocation than traditional methods.(4)Using the APP DESIGNER function of MATLAB to design and develop a test index distribution platform for the cockpit warning system.The platform can be used as an auxiliary tool for the cockpit warning system test assignment calculation.
