| With the continuous surge of oil prices in recent years,which means that there is an increasing shortage of energy and the introduction of global carbon emission standards,these have strengthened the power and desire to promote the popularization of pure electric vehicle industry in China.At present,pure electric vehicle is a breakthrough point to solve the global energy and environmental crisis.When purchasing new energy vehicles,the manufacturer provides on-board charging or charging pile.The on-board charging charger can charge the electric vehi cle with an indoor socket.However,in order to ensure power safety,the maximum current shall not exceed 2a,so the charging speed is relatively slow.Although the charging pile has large current and fast charging speed,it requires the owner to have a fi xed parking space before installation,which brings some obstacles to the promotion of new energy vehicles.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a shared charging pile system for electric vehicles.The main purpose of this design is to share the designed private charging piles.Through the intelligent terminal,the charging state of the charging pile and whether it is available for charging can be viewed in real time.This design is divided into perception layer,network layer and applic ation layer.The sensing layer is inside the charging pile and mainly uses STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main controller,including electric energy acquisition module,temperature monitoring module,charging control module,4G network module,etc.It mainly collects the voltage,current and temperature of the shared charging pile and transmits the data to the main controller.The real-time data of the charging point is transmitted to the cloud server through the 4G module,and the server maintains communication with the user terminal.The display module can display the voltage,current and temperature parameters during charging in real time.The network layer is the cloud server,which is used to complete data transmission;The application layer is mainly the mobile app and PC,which are used to complete the module configuration,real-time monitoring of the status of each charging pile,data collection and other functions.The shared charging pile system proposed in this paper not only analyzes the hardware and software,but also studies the regional planning of the charging pile,uses data analysis to select the optimal location,improves the idle utilization rate of the charging pile to a great extent,alleviates the charging difficulties of car own ers,and implements human-computer interaction through PC or mobile phone.The real-time status and data of the charging pile are realized through the cloud server,which effectively improves the safety and convenience of charging new energy vehicles. |
