Based on the background of the strong consumption potential of the Z generation in the automobile market,this paper puts the car cockpit in the entire system of the Z generation users’ travel from the perspective of user experience design,and investigates and analyzes the travel problems of the Z generation users and needs.To create and imagine a car cockpit design that conforms to the travel habits of Gen Z users.The research in this paper uses the CUBI model of user experience as a research tool,and uses the research methods of AIO scale analysis and 5-point preference scale test.This paper first expounds the research background,domestic and foreign research status and theories,the research is related to car cockpit design,and the relevant knowledge points of the Z generation group.Summarize and analyze to understand the attitudes and preferences of Gen Z.Secondly,referring to the relevant design cases and the business goals of automobile companies,summarize the CUBI model in this topic,the human-vehicle interaction,the content elements of CMF design,and the business goal of "making cars a fashion item around Generation Z".Conduct research and interviews on the needs of user groups for car use,summarize user portraits and classify and summarize users’ pain points,needs and preferences under different behavioral activities,and obtain eight user goals of the CUBI model in this topic;In the large usage scenario,the nine interactive carriers in the car cockpit are summarized through the user’s expected journey map as the human-vehicle interaction content of the CUBI model in this topic;Finally,the content elements of the CUBI model in this topic,user Goals,business goals,and human-vehicle interaction,combined with user preferences for interaction methods and trends in technology development,propose car cockpit design suggestions and design a car cockpit design scheme suitable for the Z generation user group.This paper relies on the CUBI model of user experience,through user research and analysis,starting from the needs of existing Z-generation users in the car cockpit,combined with the development trend of the interaction mode of the automotive industry,and proposes design plans and suggestions.
