| Nowadays,users not only have requirements for car performance and appearance,but also attach more importance to the experience of car cockpit.Now the car cockpit design has its own characteristics,and there is no objective and scientific evaluation method to evaluate whether the car cockpit designed by them meets the requirements of the target users.At home and abroad,the research on user satisfaction test and evaluation of automobile intelligent cockpit design experience is not complete and objective,and the research content is relatively scattered.So this article will take the car cabin design experience user satisfaction test evaluation as the research object,according to user’s physiological characterization data,to establish an objective scientific automobile cabin design experience customer satisfaction testing method and scientific and objective evaluation index system and evaluation model as the goal,research subjects in the process of the cockpit experience change laws of objective data.The research results can provide suggestions for automobile cockpit design and objective data for automobile cockpit design decision.Twenty subjects were recruited to participate in the user satisfaction test of cockpit design experience of an SUV,and the subjective and objective data of the 20 subjects were collected.According to the results,the advantages and disadvantages of the cockpit design of an SUV are analyzed,and the improvement priority and improvement suggestions are provided for the improvement of the cockpit design.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper studies and summarizes the measurement and evaluation methods of user experience satisfaction and the content related to user satisfaction in multi-dimensional representation.Aiming at the shortcomings of the current research,a set of objective evaluation method of user satisfaction test and evaluation for automobile cockpit design experience was proposed.2.According to the comprehensive evaluation method and the evaluation index system of user satisfaction test of automobile intelligent cockpit design experience,an evaluation model of user satisfaction of automobile intelligent cockpit design experience is built.3.car design intelligent cockpit design experience of user satisfaction test plan,has carried on the real vehicle test,static collected subjects in the cockpit experience task of physiological data and subjective data after completion of tasks,using customer satisfaction evaluation model of automotive cockpit design experience,evaluation index system,using the correlation coefficient is Standardized and normalized processing was carried out for each index,and the AHP and entropy weight method were used to determine the weight of the index.Finally,the experience level was calculated for all the data of the subjects,including the experience satisfaction level of each subject to different regions and the overall experience satisfaction level. |
