Research On Financial Strategy Evaluation Of Haier Under Asset-light Operation Mode

"The Made in China 2025" called for a shift from "Made in China" to "Created in China" by 2025,with "Created in China" embodied in technological innovation,it is the core of the overall development of manufacturing industry.With the change of times,the new era of digitalization and intelligentization has prompted the manufacturing industry to transform the asset-light operation mode one after another,invest the capital into the core business,and improve the added value of the brand,focus on product development and marketing.Haier Smart Home,as the leader of household appliance manufacturing enterprises,has more research value,so this paper takes it as a research case,and analyzes the status quo of its financial strategy implementation after adopting the asset-light operation mode,for other successful transformation of enterprises to develop financial strategies to provide some ideas.Firstly,this paper sorts out and summarizes the related concepts,meanings and theoretical basis.Secondly,this paper takes Haier Smart Home as a case study,introduces the basic situation of Haier Smart Home,and analyzes its financial characteristics under the asset-light operation mode,analysis of Haier Smart Home business model transformation of the motivation,before and after the transformation of financial performance comparative analysis and transformation measures.At last,the paper analyzes the present situation of financial strategy from four aspects of investment,financing,operation and dividend distribution,and then constructs the 3d financial strategy matrix of Haier Smart Home 2016-2021,to complete the transformation of light assets to the present financial strategy for evaluation and analysis of the existing problems to provide optimization recommendations.Through the analysis of Haier’s financial strategy status quo and financial strategy matrix,it is found that there are some problems in the process of operation,such as low project investment return,too conservative dividend policy and over-reliance on debt financing.Based on the problems existing in Haier,this paper puts forward some suggestions for establishing perfect investment management plan,improving dividend payout rate and adopting diversified financing methods,i hope to provide some help to Haier’s financial strategy in the future,and help other enterprises in the asset-light mode to optimize their financial strategy.
