In today’s society,with the rapid development of urban economy,increasing regional investment and expanding enterprise scale,the demand for electric energy continues to grow,which has become an inevitable phenomenon caused by urban development.From the electrical appliances used in people’s daily life,the large-scale mechanical equipment continuously produced and operated by enterprises,to the facilities used in production and life in all walks of life are inseparable from the supply of electric energy.The construction level of power grid system determines the ability of social gradual development.As an important part of power system,substation is the key facility of power transmission and distribution.The design and construction of substation plays a vital role in the whole power grid system.According to the existing power grid development in Changchun,this paper studies the regional development planning and power growth demand in southwest Changchun,and designs and constructs 66 k V substation in southwest development zone.The design content includes the design of substation primary equipment,station secondary system and transmission line.The main research work carried out in this paper is as follows:Firstly,the development status and long-term development plan of power grid in Changchun southwest development zone are investigated,the regional load growth is predicted through the grey model GM(1,1),the prediction data is tested,the accuracy requirements are met,and the access scheme of substation is determined.Secondly,according to the access scheme and long-term load prediction,the short-circuit grounding current of the substation is calculated,the primary electrical equipment is selected and verified according to the calculation results of the short-circuit current,and the main wiring and lightning protection grounding of the electrical equipment of the substation are designed.Finally,combined with the field investigation,exploration and research,and the comprehensive analysis of climate,economy and operation,the conductor,lightning protection grounding and insulation coordination of transmission line are further designed.In conclusion,the load forecasting,electrical equipment selection,secondary system design involved in the construction of 66 k V substation project in southwest development zone have been completed,which meets the design and construction requirements of substation and has certain practical applicability.
