The choice of this topic is determined by the natural geographical situation of the Keyou Middle Banner.One of the most prominent characteristics of the Keyouzhongqi area is that the area is long and narrow,with scattered villages.The substation in this design is located in the Xiergen area of the Keyouzhongqi.Currently,there is no 66 kV substation,which is only powered by a 10 kV line.The power supply radius of the line is large,making it difficult to guarantee the voltage quality in the Xiergen area.The Xiergen area is mainly dominated by agricultural production.During the peak season of irrigated land load every summer,the power supply voltage will be significantly reduced,seriously affecting the normal production and life of local residents.In addition,in recent years,the completion of the Xiergen Economic and Technological Development Zone and the rapid economic development have led to a rapid increase in the number of settled enterprises.The government's planned load is increasing year by year.In line with the principle of economic development of the State Grid Corporation and power grid first,the construction of the Xiergen substation has become a top priority.According to the demand of load growth,a 66 kV Sirgen substation is newly built,with the main transformer capacity of 1x10 MVA in this period.The construction of this project has shortened the 10 kV power supply radius,reduced the power consumption and improved the voltage quality.In addition,the transfer of the load from the 66 kV copper substation is also beneficial to the load development of other townships.This design first discusses the necessity of the construction of this station according to the load growth in this area,and selects the substation site in combination with the local geographical environment conditions.Then it makes a reasonable plan for the construction scale and wiring of this station,and determines the parameters of electrical equipment through brief short-circuit calculation and power flow analysis.According to the current situation of relay protection and dispatching automation of the system,the design of equipment configuration is focused on the telecontrol function,signal acquisition,component protection and dispatching automation of the secondary system,and the overall design requirements and schemes of the secondary system are determined to meet the requirements of unattended operation.Finally,the route is selected and designed.The construction of this station will meet the power demand of the new load in Xiergen area and enhance the power supply reliability in this area.
