The urban comprehensive square is a public place that shows the unique spirit of the city,which contains the epitome of the city and reflects the humanistic environment.Because of the large volume scale,the large volume of building layout,the overall structure is more dense stereo and complex,and the daily traffic is huge,safety accident in the event of an emergency can easily cause serious casualties and huge property losses,at the same time there will be a significant social impact,damage to the image of urban civilization.At present,for the emergency management of urban comprehensive square there are still deficiencies in the practical applications,especially under the premise of insufficient applicability of the prepared emergency plan,resulting in the efficiency of rescue measures are difficult to improve,such as personnel rescue,evacuation guidance and order guarantee.According to various studies in recent years,it is of great theoretical significance and practical application value to study the emergency evacuation plan of urban comprehensive square.This paper first analyzes the research status of emergency evacuation management at home and abroad,formulates technical routes,sorts out and analyzes the theoretical system of personnel evacuation and rescue,sorts out the factors affecting the safe evacuation of personnel,improves the ripple path diffusion grid models and calculation methods,and improves the safety of personnel evacuation,and evaluates the safety of evacuation.Then,according to the characteristics of the urban comprehensive square,it will be positioned,and the possible safety production accidents and the characteristics of emergency evacuation will be analyzed.Analysis of risk characteristics to clarify the impact of emergencies.Because Tianjin Cultural Center is the largest comprehensive square of public cultural facilities buildings in the municipality directly under the Central Government,we finally selected it as a typical case for research and analysis,and explained in detail the building conditions,traffic conditions,and functional zoning of the square in the Tianjin Cultural Center.The theoretical knowledge system of personnel evacuation and rescue is used to verify and demonstrate the necessity of emergency management.Based on the results of the above scientific analysis,a practical emergency evacuation plan is prepared.
