Study On The Regularity And Strategy Of Emergency Evacuation Of Business Complex Personnel

Since the reform and opening up,China’s rapid economic growth,the construction industry into the gold in the new period of development,buildings,shopping centers have sprung up around the ruins.As people living standard rise,economic consumption ability enhancement,traditional shopping malls have been unable to meet the people shopping all,so in the city commercial,office,residential,hotel,exhibition,catering,conference,entertainment,and other functions are combined commercial complex arises at the historic moment.High accessibility of the commercial complex,high density and intensive,and the overall function of unity,compound also fit the characteristics of urban land utilization is low,structural imbalance,such as unreasonable housing land supply objective reality.Mosaic construction area is large,but because the business personnel utilization rate is high,the characteristics of the complicated space structure under fire,earthquake,after the terrorist attacks and other emergencies,personnel safety evacuation situation increasingly serious.This paper takes Xi ’ an large commercial complex as the background,the aim is to discuss the law of evacuation in the commercial complex.Therefore,the research on the law of personnel retention in the business complex is conducted,and the overall situation of the working days and weekends is statistically counted.In this paper,the free horizontal walking speed of the personnel in the commercial integrated body is calculated in terms of the movement parameters,and the speed of the staff in the canteen is calculated and the evacuation velocity parameters are obtained,and the parameters of the shoulder width and reaction time are determined by comparing withthe domestic and foreign research data.Using the method of questionnaire survey and simulation in the law of evacuation,the simulation software is used to simulate the Pathfinder2012 of a large commercial complex.The research results show that the change of personnel retention in a commercial complex is more than one weeks,and the amount of staff retention is greater than that in the week.The experiment obtains the different type of evacuation speed parameter,the level evacuation speed of adult male is 1.3423m/s,the level evacuation speed of adult female is 11571m/s,the level evacuation speed of the old man is 10741m/s,the level evacuation speed of the old woman is 0.8767m/s.Adult males go downstairs for 0.733m/s and adult women down the stairs to 0.6218m/s.According to the data obtained from field investigation and experiment,the evacuation law of personnel in emergency is obtained by questionnaire and simulation simulation,in which the evacuation route is set to be the best for continuous and no bifurcation.Evacuation needs are concentrated in one minutes to three minutes and men need less evacuation time than females.The main way that people judge the occurrence of a sudden event is the broadcast of the mall or the staff.Personnel who participated in the evacuation exercises are more scientific and reasonable than those who have not participated in the evacuation exercises in the emergency situations.The degree of understanding of evacuation signs has a significant impact on the evacuation behavior selection under emergency situations.The effect of personnel density,staff composition and promotion point on the overall evacuation time is significant.
