| With the increasing pressure of environmental protection and the sharp decline of the labor population in China,the construction industry with high pollution,high energy consumption and labor intensive is in urgent need of green transformation and upgrading.The prefabricated building has become the inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry with its advantages of green environmental protection,fewer workers and faster construction progress.However,the prefabricated building is still a new thing in China,and it is a new construction technology.For the construction enterprises,the technical innovation and the change of management mode require the reorganization of the internal structure of the organization.There is great uncertainty in this kind of reform,which leads to the wait-and-see attitude of most construction enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to identify the main influencing factors of the acceptance intention of prefab building and take measures to improve the adoption intention of enterprises for promoting the implementation of prefab building technology and promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry.Based on prefabricated construction technology adoption behavior as the research subject,to construction enterprise as the research object,build the prefabricated construction technology of construction enterprises adopt behavior theory model,reveal the desire and behavior of prefabricated construction technology of construction enterprises to adopt the key influence factors and the role relationship,and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions according to the research results.Based on the above research,the research results of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper constructs the theoretical model of the adoption behavior of the construction enterprise for the assembly building technology.Based on the systematic review of relevant technology adoption theories at home and abroad,based on the integration model of technology acceptance and use and innovation diffusion theory,the model is expanded in combination with the characteristics of prefab building,and the corresponding research hypotheses are proposed to construct the theoretical model of prefab building technology adoption behavior of construction enterprises.(2)This paper identifies the main influencing factors of the adoption behavior intention of assembly building technology construction enterprises.Through the empirical research on the theoretical model of the adoption behavior of construction enterprises,the relevant assumptions of the model and variables are verified according to the collected data.By verifying that most of the research hypotheses are proposed in this paper,only part of the hypothesis,to prove the validity of this research institute to build model,identify the impact of the will of prefabricated building construction enterprise technology adoption behavior main influencing factors,and the analysis of the validation of the control variables(gender,age)and the control variables(enterprise scale,enterprise nature)effect.(3)This paper gives countermeasures and suggestions to promote the adoption behavior of prefab building technology in construction enterprises.Based on the analysis of the main influencing factors of the adoption behavior of the identified assembly building technology construction enterprises,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the dual perspectives of the government and construction enterprises.From the perspective of the government,it puts forward specific countermeasures,such as strengthening the government policy support,improving the system of technical standards and specifications,and increasing the market publicity to stimulate the market demand.From the perspective of construction enterprises,the paper puts forward some specific suggestions,such as paying attention to the investment in construction technology research and development,improving the level of construction site management,and strengthening the efforts of talent introduction and staff training. |
