Although construction industry makes massive contributions to economy,problems such as huge demands for labor force,serious environmental pollution and frequent safety accidents,etc.seriously restrict its further progress.Recently,our government has been strongly advocating prefabrication technology to achieve the sustainability.However,the design enterprise,as an important driving force,is reluctant to adopt it.Therefore,this paper will investigate what factors affect the adoption intention and how they work,which will be great significant to advance the development of prefabrication technology in our country.Integrating Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)with Technology-Organization-Enviro-nment Theoretical Framework(TOE),This paper creatively establishes the research model following the process of “External Variable →Perception →Adoption Intention” by using TOE to classify and identify key influence factors from three dimensions of technology,organization and environment,and regarding the whole as the external variable of TAM,and then verifies the model and hypothesis by empirical methods to get the research result.The research shows that: 1)Perceived usefulness has the greatest impact on the adoption intention and it impacts directly and only directly.2)The impact of perceived ease of use on the adoption intention ranks only second to perceived usefulness and is exerted both directly and indirectly.3)The impact of comprehensive benefits on the adoption intention ranks three,and is exerted by three paths,among which perceived usefulness has the greatest impact.4)Market needs positively impact the adoption intention by three paths,among which perceived usefulness has the greatest impact.5)Under three dimensions of T-O-E,it is comprehensive benefits and market needs that have the greatest impact on perceived usefulness,both of them affect perceived usefulness positively.6)Under three dimensions of T-O-E,it is enterprise capital and cost that have the greatest impact on perceived ease of use.The former affects perceived ease of use positively,and the latter does negatively.
