| Government investment projects are crucial to infrastructure development,optimization and reform,and acceleration of economic construction.The high-quality development of government investment projects is necessary to have efficient and accurate management,and good management level is inseparable from risk management,owner risk control is the key point.Therefore,the risk management level of the owners of government investment projects has aroused the full attention and potential concerns from the world.With the continuous improvement of the comprehensive scale and complexity of Chinese government investment projects,the related risks and problems become increasingly obvious.The initiator and ultimate responsible person of the government investment project is the owner.The key task of the government and owners in the new era is to develop government investment projects efficiently and maintain the overall trend of sustainable development.If construction risk evaluation and control of owner side are absent,the benefits may not meet the requirements.Therefore,in order to effectively control government investment projects’ risks,the paper makes a more comprehensive and detailed research on the construction risk evaluation and control of the owner side of the government investment projects.From the angle of the owner,this paper analyzes the characteristics and management of the construction risk of the owner side of the government investment projects at first.Combine theory and practice,around the current literature to carry out systematic research,including the use of a variety of methods,such as the volume survey method,are used for risk analysis,and according to the final analysis results to get the relevant lists,then carry out classified research on the relevant risk factors from an overall perspective,and construct an index system based on the final analysis results.After that,AHP and other construction risk assessment models are used to carry out around the risk assessment model during the construction period.The construction work puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with the risk according to the value of the risk degree.Finally,combined with my own work practice,it is applied to a scientific research construction project in Wenzhou to get the risk grade of the project,in which there are higher risks in construction,technology,behavior risk and management risk,and there is a greater possibility of high risk in economic risk.focus on the risk control means for these aspects.Through the application of the research results,the project was successfully completed and put into use in February 2021,which has improved the construction risk situation of the project,and improved the control efficiency.The research of this paper provides a good help to solve the construction risk problem of the owner of the actual government investment project. |
