The Study On The Risk Control Of The Project Owner In The Construction Of The College Teaching And Research Building

In recent years, in order to ensure the sustainable development of university research teaching, the state has increased on the University’s teaching and scientific research and hardware construction funds, the establishment of a large number of modern teaching and research building and supporting facilities, greatly improving the condition of scientific research in Colleges and universities teaching. But it also raises many problems needed to be solved urgently, especially how to effectively control the cost risk in construction stage of university teaching and research building project has become one of the problems to be solved.Based on the above reasons, this paper first from the owner’s perspective, to the project cost risk as the breakthrough point, in the construction phase of the teaching and research university building as the research object, through a large number of literature review, questionnaire survey and field visits, to the cost risk status of university teaching and research building project construction stage and the existing problems were analyzed and research. Secondly, the index of university teaching and research building project cost risk evaluation in construction stage by using the study achievement identification, screening, constructs the teaching scientific research building construction cost risk control model with triangular fuzzy number theory. Finally, taking the project of teaching and scientific research building of Jinhua radio and TV University for the construction cost risk control model analysis of examples, solved methods of teaching and research building in Colleges and universities of our country construction stage of construction project owner’s cost risk control and related countermeasures, the research results on promoting college teaching and research building project construction has guiding significance.
