With the rapid development of social economy,the problem of carbon dioxide emission is becoming more and more serious.The carbon emission of the energy industry accounts for about 80%.It is urgent to explore a green and sustainable development road in the energy field.Virtual power plant can integrate various distributed resources in a certain area,manage each distributed resource through advanced physical information technology and optimization methods,obtain income and improve the utilization rate of renewable energy by participating in the power market.In order to improve the profitability of virtual power plants in the power market,the operation strategy optimization model of virtual power plant in day ahead market and day in market is studied,and the operation income distribution model of virtual power plant is constructed.Firstly,it studies the differences between technical virtual power plant and commercial virtual power plant,and constructs the operation framework of commercial virtual power plant participating in the spot market;Secondly,the output model and demand response model of key equipment in the virtual power plant are mathematically modeled.Considering the output constraints of distributed generation,equipment operation constraints,demand response resource constraints and other conditions,the operation strategy optimization models of virtual power plant participating in day ahead market and day ahead market are constructed respectively,Taking the lowest cost and carbon emission as the optimization objective and the lowest intraday transaction cost as the optimization objective in the intraday market,a solution algorithm combining NSGA-II and VIKOR is constructed;Finally,the basic theory of game theory is studied,the necessary conditions for forming cooperative alliance are analyzed,and the benefit distribution method of each subject in virtual power plant is studied based on Shapley value theory.This dissertation simulates the two links of virtual power plant participating in the spot market.The simulation results show that the virtual power plant operation strategy proposed in this dissertation can improve the benefit by about 15.33% compared with the traditional operation strategy in the day ahead market,which proves the effectiveness of the model.
