| The crane is one of the eight special equipment recognized by the relevant state departments.It is installed on the high-speed shaft connected to the crane motor.It brakes the high-speed shaft so that the crane hoist can be accurately stopped at the expected position.The brake plays an indispensable role in the stop operation and safety protection of the crane.By studying the health evaluation methods and online monitoring technology of electro-hydraulic block brakes,strong support will be provided to the process of establishing an efficient and credible online brake monitoring system,and the safe operation of cranes will be greatly improved by real-time mastering of the brake working status.First of all,the structural characteristics and working principle of the electro-hydraulic block brake are combined,related accident cases are collected,the brake fault tree analysis diagram is established,the failure mode and failure mechanism of the brake are summarized,and the safe use of the block brake is proposed.In addition,the three-dimensional model as the research object is analyzed through friction braking simulation.The method of estimating the friction coefficient of this type of brake friction pair is proposed,and the relevant parameters of the brake that affect the braking performance during the braking process are summarized and listed.,The mathematical relationship between the brake braking torque and these parameters is fitted.Secondly,the reasons for brake failure and the judgment method are summarized,the brake health evaluation index is selected,the brake health evaluation system is established by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the weight value of the brake health evaluation index in the evaluation system is determined.The brake health status level is judged,and the corresponding evaluation criteria are provided to the next step in the development of the brake health monitoring system.Then,the above parameters that can reflect the health of the brake are selected as the monitoring object,the monitoring plan for each parameter is designed,the sensors used are selected respectively,and the working principle of each sensor is explained.Finally,based on the establishment of the electro-hydraulic block brake health evaluation system,the framework of the brake health monitoring system is designed.The simulation parameters monitored by the corresponding sensors are transmitted to the monitoring system in real time.The real-time health status of the brakes of the monitoring system is evaluated by the monitoring system. |
