The spread of emerging infectious diseases brings great challenges to human beings,and universities,as places of high-density population activities,will inevitably become the key units for epidemic prevention and control.However,in the face of infectious diseases,the design concept of contemporary campus space with open communication has changed from an advantage to a weakness of epidemic prevention.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore flexible space epidemic prevention measures to reduce the possibility of epidemic transmission through spatial planning.From the perspective of epidemic prevention and control,this paper studies the influence mechanism of the social contact behavior of people in the outer space of campus and the spatial pattern of campus.Firstly,through the theoretical research on the transmission theory of infectious diseases and the spatial characteristics of university campus,the key intermediate factor linking them,namely social contact behavior,was found.Thus,a judgment hypothesis is established that different campus functional organization patterns and traffic network organization patterns correspond to social contact behavior relations respectively.Secondly,through the theoretical model and the actual case of the campus in Nanjing area,the degree and way of the influence of different functions and road network patterns on the social contact of the crowd are verified.Through on-the-spot investigation,the pedestrian simulation and quantitative methods of statistical analysis,set up different functional organization model and network organization model of the influence degree of the campus social contact human behavior in the sorting and evaluation,to explore the relationship between different campus space characteristics and epidemic prevention and control as well as the campus instance and the ideal model of the relationship between each other.Finally based on the above evaluation results from the two aspects of the functional organization and network organization model put forward the optimization strategy of campus space model,and the actual university as an example of simulation carried out to verify the effectiveness of different strategies,and form a logical loop,in order to cope with the epidemic prevention and control of both adaptive renovation and new campus planning and design to provide theoretical guidance.There are about 69500 characters with 67 illustrations and 28 tables in this thesis.
