| With the development of the country,the deep implementation of the tourism policy with large investment and the upgrading of the national consumption transition,China has also ushered in a new era of mass tourism.Among them,the tourism development of small and medium-sized towns and even rural areas is one of the main problems to be solved under the national policy to promote the rapid economic growth of the developing areas.At the same time,these areas in response to the sudden change in the tourist population reflected in the infrastructure “anxiety” has also made the global tourism distribution center such a form of construction in the development of the region more obvious demand.According to the development of small and medium-sized towns or villages,how to build such a global tourism distribution center according to local condition is not enough,either in theory or in practice.Focusing on the design process of the whole-area Tourism Distribution Center in the developing area,this paper puts forward how to deal with these architectural design problems correctly,such as locating,determining the cause,determining the nature,determining the shape,and concluding these problems,and carries out theoretical research on these strategies,thus put forward a more complete design ideas and operational methods of the Global Tourism Distribution Center.Based on the reading and sorting out of the existing theories,and analyzing the cases of domestic and foreign tourist centers or global tourism distribution centers,this paper combines the practical operation of the Jianshui County Global Tourism Distribution Center project,and obtains the global location,cultural attribution,the concrete design strategy of project identification,building identification and intelligent identification.Global location should be determined from the national level,the city level,the county level,the local government level comprehensive analysis of the background of the times and construction conditions,through the ideal base and surrounding areas of the comparison,determine the final location of Global Tourism Distribution Center;The cultural setting needs to excavate deeply the traditional context and inheritance potential of the site,and combine the ancient and attractive traditional culture with the current fashion media,let the regional culture become the soul and selling point of the local global tourism distribution center,and become the reason that tourists want to go there.The qualitative nature of the project requires a full understanding and analysis of the potential future flow of people and population categories of the site,scientific and rational planning of the building layout and functional types and size to cope with changing external factors beyond control.Based on the qualitative process of the project,the regional and cultural characteristics of the global tourism distribution center should be deepened from the aspects of volume modeling,space planning and material color.The intelligent conclusion needs to attach importance to the humanization of architecture and the intelligent of management,combining online and offline,from the continuous process of tourists buying tickets,to the bus or self-driving,to the destination,and finally to the zero distance experience,comprehensively determine the rationality and scientific of the design of Global Tourism Distribution Center.The significance of this paper is to put forward a set of design elements and strategies to be considered in the process of constructing the global tourism distribution center.The research results in the field of architectural design,China’s global tourism distribution center construction system to mature as soon as possible and have reference significance. |
