| Air-Rail intermodal service(ARIS)can give full play to the advantages of air,and railway,which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of comprehensive transportation and promote the construction of modern comprehensive transportation system.However,the development of ARIS in China is still immature.In terms of ticketing information service,the ticketing information systems of various transportation companies have not been interconnected,and the occurrence of uncertain events cannot achieve effective information sharing such as flight delay.It is difficult to meet the travel needs of convenient,efficient and integrated ticket refund and change.There are bottlenecks in improving the stability and convenience of ARIS.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the choice behavior of ARIS passengers under uncertain events and improve ticketing information service.This article is based on the National Key Research and Development Program(2018YFB1601300),the National Natural Science Foundation of China(52072066),the Jiangsu Outstanding Youth Fund Project(BK20200014)and the Transportation Science and Technology Program of Jiangsu Province(2020Y12).Under the research scenario of flight delay,the compensation mechanism of ARIS is first studied,and the word frequency analysis is carried out on the travel elements that passengers pay attention to.Based on the Experience Maps,scenario simulation of ARIS is conducted,and opportunities for ARIS are refined,which lays the foundation for improving ticketing information service.Secondly,the choice behavior questionnaire on for ARIS passenger is designed based on the uniform design method and the KANO model,and Nanjing Lukou International Airport is selected as the investigation site.Based on the Mixed Logit model,the behavior of different types of passengers in choosing travel plans considering flight delay factors is analyzed.Based on the Multinomial Logit model,the behavior characteristics of travel change after flight delay are analyzed.The key factors affecting the choice and change behavior of travel plan are discovered,and the optimization order of ticketing information service is determined according to the Better-Worse coefficient.Finally,based on the Prospect Theory,the travel plan choice behavior model considering flight delay factors is constructed,and alternative travel plans are evaluated and ranked according to the cumulative prospect value.And the travel change behavior model after flight delay is constructed.According to the passenger’s location and dynamic response change strategy,the change travel plans are regenerated.The cumulative prospect value of each travel plan is evaluated,and the priority of change is determined.Combining the optimization sequence of ticketing information service and the rules of passenger choice behaviors,the strategy to improve ticketing information service for ARIS considering flight delay is proposed and demonstrated through examples.The results show that,compared with Random Utility Theory,the Prospect Theory takes into account passengers’ preference for dealing with risks,which can better explain passengers’ travel choice behavior.The conclusion can overcome the disadvantages of traditional ticketing information service that are difficult to achieve continuous service of multi-modal intermodal travel under flight delay,and promote the improvement of passenger satisfaction on ARIS. |
