Abstract/Summary:
Efficient facility layout is regarded as the key to improve work efficiency, reduce the cost of production operation, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and it has been the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Using SLP to solve the facility layout problem can solve the high WIP and the high logistics cost basically, however, SLP pays attention to "things" without considering the human factors. Neglecting the human factors in layout design would lead to operator fatigue and cumulative occupational injury, which does not conform to the concept of humanized production. Based on the above content, this paper established the layout optimized scheme considering both logistics and human factors, and evaluated the preliminary scheme and the optimized scheme from the logistics cost and work fatigue, comfort and other aspects.First, the advantages and disadvantages of the basic principle of system layout planning(SLP) was analyzed, the two stage optimization theory of facility layout was proposed combined with the facility layout problem and the optimization objective, and the ideas and the steps were expounded.Secondly, the factors of work fatigue were quantitative analyzed, work fatigue comprehensive evaluation index and its quantization model were proposed, and the operation fatigue of workers in material handling was comprehensive evaluated from working posture, the force strength, operation difficulty and mental load.Thirdly, the layout model which considers logistics optimization and operation fatigue optimization was established from two angles of logistics factors and human factors based on humanistic view. The optimized layout scheme was obtained by Simulated Annealing.Finally, using SLP got a preliminary scheme of the facility layout when the ship CD tube processing workshop was regarded as the object of study. After solving layout optimization model based on work fatigue degree, the optimal layout considering logistics and work fatigue factors was obtained, and evaluating the preliminary layout and the optimize layout from human factors.
