China has entered the "14th Five-Year Plan" stage.During this period,railways will continue to serve as the main artery of the national economy to promote economic development.Railway transportation has the advantages of large transportation volume,energy saving and environmental protection.With the continuous improvement of Chinese railway network and the increase of requirements for rapid freight transportation,high-speed freight transportation will become one of the important development directions.Compared with the mature railway high-speed passenger transportation,the application of railway high-speed freight transportation in our country is still in a blank.It is not difficult to understand that the research and development of high-speed wagon with excellent performance will be one of the key links in realizing high-speed railway freight transportation.As bogies are one of the core technologies for realizing the high-speed operation of railway vehicles,the research and development of bogies suitable for high-speed wagon has become one of the most important issues at present.In view of this,this article has completed a new bogie for high-speed wagon that meets the maximum operating speed of 200km/h.The bogie adopts technologies such as inner axle box structure,new primary suspension and new secondary suspension.On the one hand,through reasonable overall bogie parameters and more detailed structural design,compared with conventional outer axle box bogies,the bogie has achieved a significant reduction in dead weight and unsprung mass,and its lightweight feature is conducive to achieve higher cargo carrying capacity under high-speed running conditions;on the other hand,through more comprehensive and systematic bogie suspension parameter optimization research,the bogie has achieved excellent vehicle running performance,such as it has significant advantages over conventional outer axle box bogies on reducing the wheel and rail vertical motion force and enhancing the curve in high-speed running.Based on summarizing the development status and key technologies of representative high-speed wagon bogies and inner axle box bogies at home and abroad,this article refered to some technical characteristics of high-speed wagon bogies and inner axle box bogies.Combining the new primary suspension device and the new secondary suspension device,a new inner axle box bogie for high-speed railway wagon with a maximum operating speed of200km/h has been completed.According to the actual suspension and structural characteristics of the new inner axle box bogie in the three-dimensional model,the dynamic analysis software SIMPACK is used to study and establish the multi-body dynamics simulation model of the vehicle on the basis of conditional assumptions.The new inner axle box bogie vehicle is evaluated under different radius curves and different speed levels.the dynamic evaluation results obtained meet the requirements of relevant standards.At the same time,the relative dynamics evaluation results of new inner axle box bogie vehicle and the conventional outer axle box bogie were compared and studied,and the results showed that the new inner axle box bogie has better curve passing performance and can significantly reduce the wheel/rail vertical movement force.
