As the core of production and the source of interests of the manufacturing enterprise,the workshop directly affects the competitive advantage of the affiliated enterprise.Optimizing the workshop has become an effective means for the manufacturing enterprise to continuously improve its competitiveness.However,due to the complexity of the production process in discrete workshops and the increasingly fierce external competition environment,managers of discrete manufacturing companies are facing increasingly severe tests when optimizing the workshop.First,after the decision makers formulate the workshop optimization plan,they cannot verify the effectiveness of the optimization plan in time,which increases the risk of plan implementation.Second,in the face of a large amount of production data for different plans,decision makers cannot extract useful information,and cannot quantitatively analyze and evaluate each plan.Third,decision makers cannot rely on data analysis to identify weak links in the workshop production process,and can only make optimized decisions based on experience,which is highly subjective.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a discrete workshop optimization scheme design method that combines modeling simulation,comprehensive evaluation and production system optimization methods,which mainly includes the following research contents:(1)Analyze the components and organizational structure of the discrete workshop,put forward the concepts of system parameter model,associated parameter model and information parameter model,form a simulation full-parameter model of the discrete workshop through model fusion.Then take the parametric model as input to build a full-parameter simulation model of the discrete workshop in ePantSim.(2)Aiming at the problem that traditional analysis methods are difficult to achieve comprehensive comparison of different workshop parameter configuration schemes,a comprehensive evaluation method for discrete workshops based on combination weighting is proposed.This method uses rough sets and other methods to establish a discrete workshop evaluation index system,determines subjective weights through extension analytic hierarchy process,and determines objective weights through improved CRITIC method and entropy method,and validates the method through data analysis.(3)A design method of discrete workshop optimization scheme based on experimental design is proposed.Based on the analysis of the key indicators of the area method,the optimization target of the discrete workshop is obtained,the main factors affecting the performance of the workshop are obtained through the analysis of the related parameters,and several optimization schemes are designed through the orthogonal experiment method and intelligent algorithms.Finally,combined with the established full-parameter simulation model,each program is dynamically simulated,and combined with the comprehensive evaluation method,each program is quantitatively analyzed.(4)Based on the existing modeling and simulation system,a comprehensive evaluation module prototype system was designed and developed,and a discrete workshop was taken as an example to verify the proposed method and the developed system.The research in this paper shows that the proposed discrete workshop optimization scheme design method can effectively reduce the blindness of discrete workshop optimization,and the developed comprehensive evaluation module can realize rapid quantitative analysis of different evaluation schemes,which can effectively improve the comprehensive evaluation ability of manufacturing enterprises.
