Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,due to the rapid development of the express delivery industry,the demand for the logistics and transportation market has increased,and the requirements for the timeliness and safety of logistics and transportation have also increased accordingly.High-speed railway has the advantages of high-speed,high-capacity,environmental protection,etc.,and my country’s high-speed railway network has basically taken shape,and the advantages of developing freight transportation with high-speed railway are obvious.There has been a precedent in the world for the development of freight transportation by high-speed railway,such as France,Germany and other countries using high-speed railway to transport express mail and parcels.High-speed rail freight is gradually becoming the new growth pole of the railway industry’s profits worldwide.However,the current high-speed railway design specifications mainly focus on passenger transportation services,the configuration of facilities and equipment,transport organization and operation methods are not suitable,which make high-speed railways unable to fully meet the needs of high-speed rail freight.In this context,research the layout of corresponding facilities for railway freight operations in the context of high-speed rail It has become an urgent issue to be solved.Through the collection and sorting of domestic and foreign documents,this article analyzes the development experience of foreign high-speed rail freight business,summarizes the current situation of China’s high-speed rail freight business,and sorts out the problems that exist in the development of high-speed rail freight business in China.Combined with China’s national conditions,four modes of high-speed rail express train operation modes are summarized: piggyback transportation mode,confirmed train mode,mixed transportation mode and freight train mode.Through the analysis of the applicability and advantages and disadvantages of the above four modes of transportation organization,in view of the future development trend of China’s high-speed rail freight,it is concluded that the freight train mode is more suitable for large-scale organization of high-speed rail freight in the future.In view of the freight train mode,this paper puts forward three modes: confirmation train mode,daytime operation mode and night operation mode,and then compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three modes to determine the operation mode of freight train mode.Through the research on the layout of freight facilities under the freight train mode,according to the operation process of different modes and the layout principle of facilities and equipment,the utilization and reserved transformation scheme of existing high-speed railway station and EMU Depot(station)are determined for freight operation sites such as high-speed railway station,EMU Depot(station)and logistics center.Focusing on the transformation of existing railway logistics center or new high-speed railway logistics center,aiming at the unified storage and platform storage mode,taking the first level logistics center as an example,four layout schemes are proposed.Through simulation modeling analysis,the evaluation is based on factors such as freight operation efficiency and fluency of station layout,it is concluded that the storage mode of terminal functional area layout platform is the optimal layout in this case.This study has a strong reference value in the layout of high-speed rail freight transport facilities and equipment.
