Abstract/Summary:
The hematology analyzer is mainly used for the detection of various blood cell counts,white blood cell classification and hemoglobin content.Its detection function provides many experimental indicators,which play a very important role in the identification and diagnosis of diseases.It has been widely used in hospital clinical testing.With the development of technology and the improvement of the level of user demand,the new type of hematology analyzer products continue to form new requirements in the upgrade of software and hardware systems,performance improvements and biochemical testing expansion.This dissertation systematically studies the upgrade design and development of a new type of automatic hematology analyzer based on the embedded system in combination with actual product development.The embedded system of the hematology analyzer adopts the ARM+DSP controller architecture,and the upper computer management system embedded processor is based on the Cortex A8 architecture,responsible for the detection process control,quality data management and human-computer interaction;the lower computer control system adopts the TI-DSP controller,realize the instruction and data interaction with the host computer,and control the hydraulic system micro valves,pumps,motors and other actuators in the hardware system.The management system and the control system coordinate with each other through CAN bus communication to realize the complete inspection process of the hematology analyzer.Based on the summary of the research background and significance of the hematology analyzer,the dissertation first discusses the key technologies and problems of blood analysis and detection,and analyzes the functional requirements for the upgrade and improvement of the hematology analyzer,and gives the system framework and design of the system.Subsequently,the overall architecture of the hardware platform and functions of the management machine is analyzed.Based on the basic driver design of the embedded processor,the improvement and development principle of the system keyboard,touch screen,printer and other main peripheral devices and their driver programs are discussed and the specific implementation is given.Then it discusses the detection process of the system and the design ideas of the communication module,and presents the optimized implementation of the UI and menu management module from the perspective of software functions.Then the three quality control algorithms and the design principles of linear and non-linear calibration methods are discussed,and the realization of the program modules is given in detail.After analyzing the expansion plan of the database,the optimization and improvement of the data management module were realized.In addition,the design principles of optional extended autosampler and temperature detection function are discussed in detail,and the realization of hardware circuit,management and display function software,controller motor driver and upper and lower computer communication program are given.Finally,it discusses the design ideas of improving the functional test plan of the hematology analyzer after the development,and gives the test and evaluation of the accuracy of the system test results,the basic hardware and software,and the extended control system.
