With the continuous development of urbanization,the market economy presents a good development trend,and the urban population and scale are growing.In order to improve the hierarchical function of residential areas and promote the development of social economy,it is very important to make a reasonable planning and layout of commercial and residential areas.The commercial and residential district is different from the ordinary residential district,it has a certain commercial,personnel exchanges are relatively complex.Therefore,in the design process of commercial and residential areas,the factors to be analyzed are relatively more complex,and the corresponding strategies need to be obtained,so that the built environment can not only meet the commercial use,but also meet the residential demand.This project is the landscape planning and design of shengdaxi Yuecheng commercial and residential community in ejinholo banner,Ordos City.The project covers a total area of58300m~2and is mainly divided into three areas.The first part is the commercial area facing the street,including the hotel and its front square,shops and its front square.It is an important part of the commercial and residential environment.The landscape design should conform to the characteristics of the commercial area,Set up tourist rest places and small beverage sales points,equipped with landscape light walls to set off a strong business atmosphere;The second part is the residential building area,which mainly serves the daily life of residents of all ages in the community to meet their living needs;The third part is the hydrophilic landscape area,which mainly provides higher-level leisure places for nearby residents.Through the field survey and current situation analysis of the site in the early stage and the study of relevant cases at home and abroad,it is clear that the theme of this design is"ecological West joy and close to nature",the hexagonal shape of the honeycomb is the main design body,and the design style adopts the modern simple style.Under the guidance of the design theme,it is clear that the overall layout of the commercial and residential community is"one ring,one axis,one street,four sceneries".Through road classification,reasonable organization and design of the road traffic in the community,the diversion of people and vehicles is realized to the greatest extent.By considering the radiation scope of the landscape,the location and number of landscape nodes are reasonably arranged.In terms of plant configuration,the location and climate of the project area are combined The conditions are mainly drought resistant native tree species,interspersed with exotic tree species,creating a beautiful landscape environment,improving the design quality of commercial and residential quarters,and providing residents with a relaxed and livable environment for neighborhood communication.
