With the acceleration of economic and social development,road construction in various parts of our country has been greatly developed.Asphalt pavement has many advantages and is widely used in road construction.The compaction quality during the construction of asphalt pavement determines the quality of the road.Insufficient compaction can easily cause cracks,permeation,rutting and other diseases on the pavement.However,the current detection methods of asphalt pavement compaction need to be studied in depth.Therefore,this paper uses ABAQUS finite element software to establish a simulation model of "asphalt pavementvibrating wheel",and conducts research on the detection method of asphalt pavement compaction.First of all,this article summarizes the research status of asphalt pavement construction compaction quality inspection indicators and methods,asphalt pavement compaction test and simulation by searching literature.The mechanism of vibration compaction,AC-13 asphalt mixture mechanics model and characteristics of vibration compaction deformation,dynamic model of vibratory roller,and factors affecting compaction are analyzed.The compaction quality inspection indicators are analyzed and compared,and the CMV and the number of rolling passes are selected as the pavement compaction quality analysis indicators.Secondly,the constitutive model of the upper layer of ABAQUS asphalt pavement is analyzed,and the elastoplastic model is used to define the upper layer.Select "4.8cm AC-13 upper layer(loose ply)+ 6cm AC-20 lower layer + 40 cm cement stabilized gravel base +4.492 m soil foundation" as the asphalt pavement structure in the finite element model.The parameters of the vibrating wheel model refer to the parameters of XCMG XD131 hydraulically driven double steel wheel vibratory roller.A two-dimensional simulation model of "asphalt pavement-vibrating wheel" is designed,and the artificial boundary is used to optimize the model,and the finite element model is verified.Then,the relationship between strain and compaction in the finite element model of asphalt pavement was established.The FIR digital filter is designed to filter the vibration acceleration signal.The principle of fast Fourier transform is analyzed and the MATLAB program is designed to convert the time-domain signal of vibration acceleration into frequency-domain signal,read the fundamental wave and second harmonic amplitude to calculate CMV.The data of compaction degree and the CMV at the axis of the vibrating wheel,the internal CMV of the upper layer,and the number of compaction passes are respectively fitted by MATLAB software and the least square method,and the functional relationship is obtained.Finally,the vibration frequency,excitation force,rolling speed and roller tonnage in the parameters of the vibrating wheel are simulated under different working conditions.The influence of different vibrating wheel parameters on the compaction of asphalt pavement is analyzed.The vibrating wheel parameters that optimize the road surface compaction effect under different compaction passes are obtained,and the optimized vibrating wheel parameters are used to simulate the asphalt pavement compaction.After vibrating compaction,the degree of compaction of the road surface,the number of rolling passes and the parameters of the vibrating wheel are regression analyzed,and the regression formula is obtained,which provides a reference for the actual construction of the asphalt pavement.
