Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Management Maturity Of High Speed Railway Construction Project

Railway is an important national infrastructure,the main artery of the national economy and a popular means of transportation.It is the backbone of the comprehensive transportation system and plays an important role in promoting the sound and rapid development of China’s economy and society.Therefore,the relevant research on Chinese high-speed railway is particularly important.Nowadays,with the rapid development of Chinese high-speed railway,the construction period is gradually shortened,and the competition is increasingly fierce.However,compared with foreign countries,Chinese high-speed railway focuses on construction and operation,but the level of project management in the construction field is generally not high,such as insufficient attention to the concept and technology of project management and low application efficiency.High-speed railway construction as a large project in China,the design standard requirements are very strict,the construction is difficult,the new process,the new technology requirements are very high,so the scientific management mode is particularly important.Project management maturity model as would be difficult to quantitative quality of enterprise project management objective and effective evaluation tool that can help enterprises to improve project management ability,and can make the enterprise internal and external trust in its project management ability,help to improve the project management organization and process ability of enterprise,is of great significance to the development of enterprises.This paper mainly through reading literature,periodicals,to understand the domestic and foreign project management maturity model,the related case study,combining with the examples in this paper instances to research instance is used to evaluate the project management maturity,and according to the evaluation results,the enterprise management in the project put forward the corresponding measures,to improve the management ability of high speed railway construction project.In this paper,the characteristics of high-speed railway construction enterprise project management both at home and abroad about the research status of the maturity model have a profound understanding.Also on how to improve the high speed railway construction enterprise project management ability,and enhance enterprise competitiveness,through to the high speed railway construction enterprise project management maturity of the research and application were studied.The project management maturity model can enable high-speed railway enterprises to understand the shortcomings and shortcomings of their own project management,so as to make improvement plans and improve the level of project management.It is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of high-speed railway construction enterprises and even the whole field of railway construction.
