| With the innovation of high-speed railway technology and equipment,the diversity of operation products and the increasingly dense high-speed railway network,the operation level of high-speed railway is constantly improving.At the same time,the time of comprehensive maintenance is constantly compressed,and operation and maintenance contradictions are aggravating,which makes the management level of high-speed railway maintenance need to be further improved.High speed railway comprehensive maintenance and operation occupy all kinds of infrastructure resources competitively and exclusively.As the coordinator of maintenance operations,the comprehensive maintenance dispatcher should not only ensure the safety and progress of maintenance operations through reasonable operation organization,but also ensure that the established transportation tasks can be completed in a quality manner.The representation and evaluation of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance situation in this paper can form the knowledge miniature of maintenance activity,location and development trend,which provides support for dispatching decision,and enriches and improves the high-speed railway transportation situation system.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)By combing the management mode,content and process of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance operation in China,this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance operation,and the concept of comprehensive maintenance operation situation of high-speed railway is put forward.(2)Based on the concept of situational awareness,this paper puts forward that situational information is a set of key elements of comprehensive maintenance situation.Combined with the time and space characteristics of high-speed railway,the paper puts forward the situation representation index system of comprehensive maintenance operation of high-speed railway from two aspects of "state" and "potential".The calculation method of each situation index is given under the condition of single skylight operation point and regional railway network respectively.(3)According to the established index system of comprehensive maintenance operation situation,the weighting method of G1 is selected to determine the weight of each index;Concerning the comprehensive maintenance operation situation evaluation,the set pair analysis(SPA)method based on the number of pentabasic connections is selected,and the same,differentence and reverse evaluation model of the comprehensive maintenance situation assessment of high-speed railway is constructed.Through calculating the connection number,partial connection number and set pair potential,the situation and development trend of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance operations were evaluated comprehensively. |
